We do have code that sends a message without popping up the reminder
dialog, that is not the problem (see email scheduling code). Its only
a problem that the prerequisites are not fixed yet.

Current Status is that comm-central has the code and everything should
build. SeaMonkey has working build and test boxes, though a number of
tests fail right now. We are waiting on clearing up Thunderbird build
and test boxes.

We're hoping to throw the switch that moves Thunderbird and SeaMonkey to
1.9.1 and Mercurial soon. Build system patches are all set, and we've
got a plan on the wiki. Thanks to KaiRo and others who have already
done a ton of hard work here.
The feeling is that there's enough value in having this happen before

I ran into a similar thing with an hourly build of Lightning yesterday
(@home) but can't reproduce it now at work. I'll check tonight.

Hi Bas,
AFAIK only the automatic nightly upgrade of Sunbird fails, because the
calendar-timezones.xpi isn't packaged up properly, see
<[link]>; nightly users
need to use the download package. This seems to be a packaging problem
which I am not sure whether ause could and will fix it in the build

Hi Bas,
I don't think aerosmith's problem is related to your question, because
he's having a problem with lightning. Lightning (yet) doesn't come with
calendar-timezones.xpi, but has all the files packaged up by itself;
missing timezones cannot be his problem.

How will be dealt with users who upgraded to a nightly in the past
months when they install 0.9? ATM there's errors because
calendar-timezones.xpi is missing. Will everyone have to do a fresh
install, reverting back to 0.8 isn't possible due to database-changes.
