Hi,
we've recently noticed that events created by Lightning contain a
PARTSTAT parameter in ORGANIZER property which is something that is not
allowed by RFC 5545. Other calendaring solutions solve this by adding
an ATTENDEE property with the same identity as organizer. This way
organizer's status can be tracked and it is valid.
Is this a bug or a feature? Or is this something that calendar provider
should solve (we have our custom provider so mybe this is the problem).

Anyway, I talked to fallen and he agreed this is a bug. I wanted to add it to Bugzilla but I've found some issues which always report something but the root of the problem is what wrote above. One <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=459683> is still open. I hope we'll be able to find some resources to fix it soon, but it can't promise anything.
