You can still find it at:

For downloading and inspecting sourcecode there is:

Some words on it:
First of all - since this did not seem to be clear to all in the
previous topic on this:
The use of the Timepicker is optional!!!
You can just enter the Time by keyboard in the respective dialog.
Mainly its a matter of workflow if you can use this thing effectively.
I imagine it this way:
you set hour and minutes by clicking inner and outer ring.
If you need to cross noon/midnight click on +/- 12
If you need to set single minutes, you make the finetuning by dragging
the minute hand.
The wheel is optional and more a function for the geeks.
Then you click "ok" (the tickmark) or hit ENTER. I coule also enable a
double-click for that.
So its 3-4 clicks to set a time in most cases.
I added the mozilla toolkit timepicker as digital time display. This
has some advantages:
- it is automatically set to the system Time-Format settings but works
with 24 hours internally - just like this analog timepicker.
- I can access the "is24HourClock" property of it to determine the
system setting.
- It serves as a spare tire for those who like the digital thing.
(really this is not more than a spare...)
But where's light there's always shadow:
- When entering numbers in the digital timepicker, the clock is not
updated correctly. This seems to be a bug in the mozilla toolkit
similat to this one: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=521644
So theres nothing I can do about this really at the moment.
When dragging the Minute hand it now has single-minute-precision.
As said in the past discussion, the timepicker is big enough to handle
it this way.
For all who want to set 5 minute intervals (and i believe this will be
the majority) can do this by clicking or using the mouse wheel.
Regarding the wheel function:
I set this so that it sets minutes in 5-minute-steps when used alone.
With ctrl pressed, it sets hours and with shift single minutes.
Yes, this is a lot of keypressing. But I think, that the wheel will be
a function for advanced users and they can handle it.
I am searching for someone who can help me on this, since I'm not much
of a graphic designer.
