Should be useful to

- show how much donations collected (author can opt to hide
information)
- donors list (every donor can choose to be visible)

Thanks for the suggestions, both of those features were something we
considered but couldn't do for the pilot. We'll keep thinking about
them once we get more feedback from the community.
