Add-On Collector - No Way to Create Account????

I recently downloaded the 'Add-On Collector' and have the rediculis
problem of not being able to sign up for an account. In the Add-On
Collector---> Options, there is a button to log in but when I push
that two frames briefly flash on my screen and disappear. When I go
to the site where I downloaded the addon and pull up the detailed
version of the addon's page... the link to 'addon collector homepage'
just sends me to mozilla.org. When I search Mozilla.org for 'add-on
collector account' I finally get to the page that I think is going to
resolve this insane issue, so I click on a link that says 'Mozilla Add-
ons account' it directs me directly to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/.
I can't figure out how to get an account. This is obviously just an
oversight.... so please fix... I'm sure no one else has been able to
find the page either... If you can, please email me the link to
create an 'add-on collector account'. I'd really appreciate it...

you click on that, it prompts you to login with your "Mozilla Add-ons
account information", and below the login box there is a link
"I don't have an account", which leads to:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/register
That's where you make an account, addons.mozilla.org accounts are
what's used for the Add-on Collector.

it does not prompt login window to me. There was nothing happened.
There was nothing happed too when i click the login button in setting
tab.
I'm using Chinese version.
