How I can subscribe someone to my private collection?

I can' t figure out how I can subscribe or allow to subscribe someone
to my private collection?

In Permission it says:

"If you want to restrict your collection to be viewable only by people
who are given a special link, choose that option below."

But how I can get that special link for the particular collection,
please?

The link where you view your collection is the link to give. If someone
knows that link, they can access your collection and add it to
favorites/subscribe to it.

Thanks for explanation. I think few more words on Collections pages
would be very helpful. I supposed that it is probably the case as you
decsribed, but didn' t wish to send to someone link, that will not
work.
