Recap of 19th Meetup

Hello Good People,
I hope the week is winding down fairly well for you all.
Well just to highlight on what we discussed on this past
Saturday's meetup at the M - Lab, here are some of the issues
and topics we touched on:
1. We reviewed the set milestones earlier on this year. Here's a link
to that etherpad:

2. We also looked at the forthcoming Summer Code Campaign to be launched
next
month on the 23rd. Also we looked at the Kitchen table event, what it is
and how to
host one. For the Summer Campaign, we'll be betatasting with Alex and Vicky
and
anyone else interested individually then give a report back to MOFO.
3. The countrywide tour to Rift Valley was postponed as indicated on the
parent etherpad.
4. Next was the Rwanda tour, which I'm glad to announce that the budget was
approved and now
of contention is to come up with the items to be presented during the tour.
We have a lot in mind and hence we are not yet through with compiling what
we'll be presenting to
the locals there during the trip. But here is a list of what most of us had
in mind.
- Popcorn Js
- L10n
- Boot2Gecko
- HTML5
You can as well add up to the list anything you think we should include.
And as I said, we are yet to know
what we'll be carrying to Rwanda.
4. Also on the table to be discussed was Hackasaurus and all webmakers
tool. We haven't done much for
the past few months as far as webmaking is concerned seeing that we'd fore
- planned webmaking events
dependent on the AOD which surprisingly did hit a dead end to reasons I
can't explain.
And yes, we had a worthwhile meetup and I must say a big THANK YOU to all
who came for the meetup
and thanks for your contribution. That's the Moz Spirit!
