Community Wireless in Toronto

Hi everyone,

I saw the communitywireless project page on the drumbeat site (https://
wiki.mozilla.org/Drumbeat/ideas/communitywireless) and wondered if
anyone would like to talk about this at Drumbeat Toronto in a couple
of weeks. I've just written a very quick impression of the incredibly
cool municipal wireless program in SF:

I think the part that matters most in this conversation is how to
change web infrastructure so that uploading is as fast as downloading
-- so that the old vision of a web of _creators_, not consumers, can
become a reality. I'd love to talk about all of this at Drumbeat
Toronto if anyone's interested. If not I have a bunch of other ideas
percolating! So looking forward to meeting you all.
