Well don't forget that we are collaborative. The community at large can
cover these areas and the point person is just the one that keeps it all
organized and goes between the guest.

Anyone can do this on meetup, I can add more people as admins to the
facebook areas and I'm about to set up an eventbrite section for us. If
nothing else I can always post the events.

I agree that this should be the point person directly, though it's also
good if the rest of us tweet, or if we have enough to say blog about it as
well. The point person should be obligated though (but they can get help!)
