I see that Croatia, Kosovo, Greece, Serbia are using community hosting

Are you doing the sysadmin stuff (upgrades, security etc) yourself?

Novica,

mozilla-kosovo.org is a hosted wordpress with only ftp access by Milos, so
it doesn't have any other access such as ssh or anything else.
