So, folks - our budget is approved! :)

We continued with preparations, and so should you!

We will publish all relevant information about Meeting soon:

Check it from time to time.

Next thing is:
All community leaders should decide which two contributors are
coming in Zagreb.

It would be great if you could check with those selected representatives if
they are able to come, until Tuesday, 24.4.2012. as we need to proceed
with organization.

After that, you should check your transit options, so that we know for which days we need to book accomodation.

I asked William on the bugzilla ticket too that me and Altin don't have any
way to pay our plane tickets and then get reimbursed. If nothing happens by
Monday and Tuesday we will have to cancel our trip which is already too
late for Visa application and hope to see you guys in the next Balkans
meetup. As mentioned before that we are ready to organize it in Kosovo. :-)
