Maybe just:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in your twitter account
2. drag the scroll bar down to the bottom (not using mouse wheel)
3. when a new set of tweets load you will be scrolled to the bottom of that
new set, without having moved the scrollbar down.

What is the expected result?

Check out our new Prospector experiment with navigational search. This
time we implemented a closer integration between FireFox and a search
engine (blekko). This addon shows icons against search suggestions
that blekko search engine believes navigational.
