firefox slows on multiple tabs

Hi,
I work on firefox 3.5.5
I have enabled firebug in my browser
when we open multiple tabs It would slow the data entry in any field
of the website
browsing through the differenr site also slows down

We have heard the similar phenomenon as you mentioned, but don't have any concrete report on it. Could you let us know more details on how data or site are slowed down? How did you measure it? It will help us figure out the exact problem easier.

I don't understand what this has to do with TestPilot.

The Firebug newsgroup is http://groups.google.com/group/firebug.

And the solution is trivial: close Firebug on any site you don't want
to debug.

Hi

I am a Quality analyst and frequently requrire to use firebug for debugging website I analyse and I write reports in Google docs

but typing into google doc slows down extremely that we have to wait 2 to 3 sec after tying a word into it.

Similar problem occurs while filling up the form of the website I test

atmost 8 tab would be open which would consist of

2 gmails

1yahoomail

2 to 3 website on which testing is going on.
