I do miss the bookmark bar. I used it exclusively to navigate my links.

Poor little guy appears to be missing in 4b7. It would be perfect to
have a short bookmark bar that runs the length of the browser directly
next to the fly down firefox menu at top.

Am I just overlooking the bookmark bar or is it really not available
in 4b7?

It's still there, but hidden by default. Just select View > Toolbars
> Bookmarks Toolbar to reveal it.

I like a minimalist header for Firefox, you can see what I am talking
about here (what I had done for FF3.6):

http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla-labs-testpilot/files

I had already posted info on how to get the toolbar here:

http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla-labs-testpilot/browse_thread/thread/401c827a812f2e64/37f4b5a982d3b736?q=#37f4b5a982d3b736

If you follow those instructions, you will get a toolbar. If you click
on `Customize` instead, you can drag a `Bookmarks` button to your
navigation toolbar.

If you were to look at the picture I have linked, you will notice to
the RIGHT of the navigation bar, 3 buttons. The RED one is Ad Blocker
Plus, the second one is a bookmarks dropdown, and the right hand one
is a history dropdown.
