I am not terribly familiar with this area of Prism, but I have been able to use the libraries from my Firefox 3.5.5 install by editing the application.ini file inside my webapp directory. There are location references to Prism's bundled version of the webrunner framework, they can be modified to point elsewhere on your system.

The easiest way would be to download the latest XULRunner nightly and drop in the Prism files. Prism is just a XULRunner app. However, I can't guarantee that nothing will break if some of the APIs we use have changed in XULRunner between the last tested version and the current one.
