I made a persona it can be found here https://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/253433

My sister pointed out the fact that the persona I made can now be
found under someone elses name here http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/352021

Can someone tell me if the person is wrong for taking my work, even
though its not my characters just my time and putting it up as their
own wrong and if so how can I go about getting them to take it down?

One thing: It is not exactly the same, the "new" one makes the text
easier to read (I think) and the footers are not the same.

Yes, but as you read on my answer... there is more than the header to it.

And you can always complain about it on the forum I have no power except
the one to look and point the differences. (and tell you my personal
opinion)
