Again, I just checked builder and it seems to be working for me now.
I'm guessing this is an intermittent problem. I've logged this bug:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726126

My hope is that the Builder team has logging that flags errors of this
type and lets them track down the cause. If you want, it would be
great if you could add any additional details to the bug, such as:

* the exact url you get the error on
* what you were doing
* whether the error is intermittent or happens every time
