Update on repacking for Firefox 22

Rocketeers!

I thought I should post an update on the current status of the repack for Firefox 22.

To summarise: every add-on built with a version of the SDK earlier than 1.14 must be repacked with SDK 1.14 in time for Firefox 22 (due to release June 25).

At this point we have:

* downloaded all Jetpacks built with an old version of the SDK that are hosted on addons.mozilla.org
* tried to repack them
* run some basic smoke tests on those add-ons that we could repack
* emailed the authors to let them know the result:
    * we could not repack the add-on, and the author must repack it and submit it to AMO
    * we could not successfully test the add-on, and the author must repack it and submit it to AMO
    * we could repack the add-on, the tests passed, and we will submit it to AMO unless the author asks us not to before this Friday (14 June)

If you have an add-on built with an old version of the SDK on AMO, and didn't get an email like this, please let me know and we will sort it out.
