Bug? Context menu items not present in "detached tab"

Adding any items to context menu with Add-on SDK, e.g. exactly per "A
simple add-on" tutorial in Jetpack 1.04b. Create several tabs in FF4
window, and all of them get the extra "Translate selection" item, when
selection is present and you right-click it.

Now detach one of the tabs by dragging it to empty Windows desktop (as
I test under Windows). A new Firefox 4 window is created, select text
and right-click it - no extra items from our add-on menu. But create a
new tab in this new window, and all is well in the new tab, but not in
the original tab...

I tested this also with other context menu code, for different context
conditions, it's always the same. Does anyone have an idea how to work
around this problem? Or could it be fixed inside JetPack Add-on SDK
code itself?

I guess that means that the various load events don't get fired for
the tab detach method. That's something that the SDK should fix. I'll
see if there's a bug already filed for this and file one if there
isn't.

Thanks for reporting the bug.

I think this is fixed in the upcoming 1.0b5: neither Wes nor I can
reproduce there, but we can on 1.0b4. If you still see the problem in
1.0b5 (including the 1.0b5 release candidates, which will be out soon),
please let us know!
