Tab activated event

If I open a new tab, will the `activate` event fire? and if so then does it fire on `open` or on `ready`?

Looks like the order is "open", "activate", "ready": https://builder.addons.mozilla.org/addon/1053054/latest/
At least, that's the order those listeners are fired when I use Ctrl-T to open a new tab that is immediately focused. When I middle-click a link to open in a new unfocused tab, I get "open", then "ready", and no "activate" until I actually click the tab to focus it.
