No access keys for context menu

As far as I can tell, there's no way of specifying the access key in
context menu items. Is it possible and I've missed it (it's not in the
documentation anywhere, at least), or is it missing and needs adding?
I've tried passing to the Item constructor values for accesskey,
accessKey and mnemonic, and putting an ampersand or underscore in
label. None work.
