settings link in install list not working

After updating to Jetpack 0.7, the "settings" link on the install page
no longer works for me. The cursor is not displayed as a pointer when
I hover over the link, but instead I see a text-select cursor. I can
see this error message in Firebug: "Feature ID must be a nonempty
string." at simple-storage.js (line 143). Despite this, the default
values for the settings seem to work in my script.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

It's a known bug in 0.7 that affects only the settings link.

It's very much a user-facing bug, and quite critical I would think. Any
plans to put a minor release out with a fix?
