Add-on Builder 1.0a4 staged!

We've staged the next version of Add-on Builder, 1.0a4! This version features a number of improvements, including:

• The embedded Bespin editor has been upgraded. It is now faster and sports a command line for quick access to editor functionality.
• It is now possible to hide your add-ons/libraries from other users of the site. Just press the Disable button for the add-on/library in the lists of your add-ons/libraries.
• When you are testing an add-on and save a new version, Add-on Builder now loads the new version into your browser automatically.

We plan to push this version to production next Tuesday, August 17. So now is the time to test it and make sure there aren't any major problems we need to fix before we do so.

To test the new version, simply go to:

    https://lm-app-flightdeck-stage01.mozillalabs.com/

Note that the stage site is using its own database that was cloned from the production database yesterday, so the changes you make there will not appear on the production site.

For more information about the bugs that have been fixed and the problems that remain, see the draft release notes. I could really use help writing those notes, so feel free to update them with additional information about the release.

To report problems with the release, you can post to this discussion group, report a bug, or converse in #jetpack on irc.mozilla.org. If you think you have found a release blocker (i.e. a regression that causes data loss or another serious flaw in functionality that does not have a reasonable workaround), please nominate it to block the release by commenting in bug 586098.
