Restart Jetpack

So this week I spent most of my free time slicing and dicing Restartless Restart in to reusable Jetpack modules and Restart Jetpack, some of the modules are:

toolbarbutton allows one to create toolbar buttons.

l10n allows one to localize their jetpack.

menuitems allows one to create menuitems.

xulkeys allows one to create hotkeys which can be associated to menuitems.

So I thought I would mention them here for anyone that may be interested.

Also fyi, I wanted to put Restart Jetpack on the addon builder but https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=666837 is preventing that from happening.
