I wanted to send you an email explaining how all the different groups
work.  You have probably been receiving many emails from google and
yahoo recently as we work to get Mountaineer Boys State organized.
There are currently three groups in place: 1 Yahoo group and 2 Google
groups.

EXPLAINATION:

YAHOO:
        This group is a public group that anyone is welcome to join.  To join
this group you must do so through the website.
http://mountaineerboysstate.org.  If you have already joined the group
you are still a member.  This group is to be used for discussions of
politics your appreciation or suggestions for Mountaineer Boys State
and any other items you would like to send to the group that is decent
and not solicitation.  Please remember we do not permit solicitation in
our group.  We will block in abuse to this group.  Anyone can send a
message to the group simply by sending an email to
mountaineerboysst...@yahoogroups.com.  You can also post pictures and
links you would suggest the rest of the group to visit or look

GOOGLE
        There are two groups here.  These are only used by staff of
Mountaineer Boys State.  The first is
mountaineerboysstate@googlegroups.com.  This group is strictly for
alumni of Mountaineer Boys State.  We are in the beginning stages of a
Mountaineer Boys State Alumni Association.  This is our initial
database.  By joining this group you give Mountaineer Boys State the
authority to send you emails asking for help.  For instance we might be
needing staff members to help run future Mountaineer Boys States and we
would send an email asking for anyone interested please send us a note
and we will review your application, or another Alumni might be trying
to get in contact with someone he went to MBS with he could contact the
Alumni Association and we can help them track this person down.

        The second group is mbsstaff@googlegroups.com.  This is so the staff
can communicate with each other without bulging down the other groups.
This group will help us keep staff members as well as notify each other
of important happenings.  For instance we can announce Ernie getting
married to the rest of the staff.
