Seeking Ruby programmers

Hi,

I am a web entrepreneur currently developing a ruby based social
platform in collaboration with Bolidea (a Montreal-based web
incubator) that has provided me with support and resources to kick
start the project.

So far, the development of the website has been outsourced to a firm
of independent contractors. As our contract is nearing towards the
end, we are looking for a RoR developer to take over the consultant's
mandate and partner with us. In terms of project phase, we are just a
few weeks away from launching our site in private beta and a little
further away from our first revenue dollar. Given the stage of the
company, I can assure you that whatever you would give up in salary
would be offset by a huge upside and the opportunity to own a chunk of
Artfox.
