mongo-rails-instrumentation has a new home and is approaching 1.0

I've written a gem some of you may be using that adds logging to rails
projects, like:

Completed 200 OK in 239ms (Views: 85.2ms | Mongo: 51.7ms)

The gem, mongo-rails-instrumentation, is now available both on
rubygems and in its new home on github:
https://github.com/freerange/mongo-rails-instrumentation

I'd like to release version 1.0 soon, so want to collect any comment
or bug reports before I do so. We're using it in several
mongoid-based projects, but I don't know if it's been tried much (or
at all) with mongo-mapper, so feedback about that would be
particularly valuable.
