MongoDB causes issue for search on large volumes

Hi,

I am running $all query to an collection in mongodb server hosted on amazon medium EC2 server. But the calls seems damn slow. The collection having 6M+ entries and the fields are indexed. 

Please let me know how to optimize time complexity here.
