Am I allowed to distribute an unmodified, official binary release of
MongoDB with my commercial application?
Read your license pages about AGPL but the focus seem to be on GPL's
"cloud loophole".

If no, do you offer alternative commercial licenses that allow
redistribution?

That should be fine. You will need to include a notice that MongoDB is AGPL, include a copy of the license, and at least link to the source code for the version you are using. We appreciate "powered by MongoDB" mentions, but they are not required.

Out of curiosity, what type of application are you developing? Would you be interested in being listed on http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/Production+Deployments

Guess some legal council will be needed before such an attempt is made but you seem indicate it's possible, good :)

A web development platform. We're currently based on MySQL. Not publicly available yet though. If/when adoption of MongoDB is possible we would of course be interested in being listed there.
