MongoDB 1.2.1 (stable) is out

MongoDB 1.2.1 is out and ready for use.

This only has a few minor bug fixes from 1.2.0.
Notably:
- mongoimport now works on windows
- gcc 4.4 can be used to compile
- better map/reduce error handling
