DB space reclaim

Noticed this bug:

I had previously created and dropped a large capped collection, I
noticed that the space wasn't reclaimed. I thought it would just be
reclaimed as a background process. Is there any way for me to get
that space back without deleting the whole DB? Am running the latest
production release.

Only if you do db.repairDatabase() which will take a while
