MongoDB development release 1.3.4 is available (1.4 rc1)

MongoDB 1.3.4 is out and ready for testing. 1.3.4 is the last large
release in the 1.3 development series.
After this the 1.3 series is in feature lock down and we'll be putting
it through some rigorous testing.

Notable changes:
- geo $center and $box searches
- $ operator for updating arrays
- $all with regex
- replication handles clock skew on master
- $inc replication fixes
- concurrency improvements
- rest interface is off by default for security (--rest to enable)
- can rotate logs with a db command

Please give this a try and let us know if there any problems.
If anyone has regression tests for their apps running against 1.2, it
would be great to run against 1.3.4 to help catch and bugs.
