[Melbourne] Anyone offering local commercial support?

Hi folks,

I'm consulting at a Melbourne firm and we are discussing the option of using MongoDB for some of the work.

However the client would like to have somebody local to provide support agreement - 10gen offer some great support options, but they don't have local staff that can be on-site in a crisis.  The client largely uses MySQL and are used to having Oracle support folks on-hand if they need them.

Is there anyone on the list who provides, or knows someone who provides, local MongoDB support in Melbourne?  The client is a medium-sized financial institution, so support would have to be from a reasonably reputable organisation.
