You can find the current by doing "ulimit -s"

Does it still apply now? I noticed that it is not there as recommendation or notes in current mongodb manual http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/ulimit/I find another blog about this matter https://blog.serverdensity.com/mongodb-connection-overhead/, however it is published at 2011 as well, so I am not really sure whether it still applies now.
