VC6 TS 1.01 PHP Driver (Windows)

Could you please build a VC6 TS version of the PHP driver (for
Windows)

I'm would like to use the update-many features of MongoDB.

Okay, the Microsoft guy really came through and built it for PHP 5.2
and 5.3, thread safe and non-thread safe, so everyone on VC6 should be
set.
