Mongo(.exe) the dbshell

Some observations:

  • On the dbshell wiki page, you didn't point out the binary is called mongo (fixed)
  • You don't mention the .dbshell history file in the wiki (fixed)
  • On windows .dbshell is written to the working directory. Most windows ports of unix utils read/write dotfiles in %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% (SERVER-7046)
Just wanted to make sure these were oversights and not purposefully done this way. Also, should I open a ticked to adjust the man pages for mongo?

This was "fixed" in 2.1.0 but not backported: SERVER-3912

You can mark it as backport:yes for evaluation for backporting to
2.0.x/1.8.x; please add an affected version for each version you want
it backported to.
