Hi all,

Casbah 2.6.1 has been released - changelog below:

*Changes in Version 2.6.1*

- Fixed $pushAll and $pullAll casting of iterables (SCALA-54)
- Fixed MongoCollection string representation (SCALA-96)
- Fixed support for jsScope (SCALA-43)
- Publish casbah.commons test helpers
- Added suport $setOnInsert to the query dsl

Agreed! I understand the rationale for the change, and I'd expected to be
able to patch this up by depending on the test jar, but this isn't being
published.
So adding this dependency in my build file
"org.mongodb" %% "casbah-commons" % "2.6.0" % "test"
results in the error that the test jar cannot be found:

Thank you very much, It was a problem with dependencies...

-> nscala-time didn't work to me, I had to use joda-time instead to resolve
the errors

Hi,

Probably the easiest way is to use sbt to install casbah and its
dependencies - see: [link]

If not please make sure to add all the dependencies manually:

- mongo-java-driver
- nscala-time
- slf4j-api
- slf4j-jcl

I don't know if a jump some step, but this is very frustrating ...
I'm using (or trying almost) scala, casbah and mongoDB over an new
instalation of Eclipse...
I did this:

Hi,
In Casbah 2.5, Specs2Helpers.scala was available for projects dependent on
Casbah to be used in tests; this was very convenient and indeed we were
using the matchers exposed by the CasbahSpecificationBase trait.
Unfortunately, this file moved to the *test* source root for the 2.6
release. I guess that the fact that it was initially exposed was a mistake
