MongoDB 1.9.0 (devel) released

MongoDB 1.9.0 has been released.
This is the first version in the 1.9.x development series and as such
is not intended for production use.
The changes from the 1.9.x series will culminate with MongoDB 2.0

Some notable changes:
- In place compact command:

- GEO: arrays of locations and polygons

- $exists can use index
- Replica set priorities

- Improved sharding parallelization of queries
