Mike, Jay and I headed up toward Masontown at 6PM on a lovely evening.
The pace was good for me, meaning slow for them, ans we had some great
conversation. Mike turned back after the seconf Greer crossing, and
Jay and I went on up to Masontown.
We came down at a brisk pace, with careful eye out for the deer. it
was pretty cold for a while, but as we lost elevation it warmed up a
good bit. It was Jay's first time on this trail, and he seemed to
enjoy it a lot.
All in all, a good time was had by all.
