Dell is currently seeking candidates to join our growing mobile team.

Job Description

Senior Interaction Designers are creative problem solvers that tackle
complex user interfaces across a range of screen sizes and technology
platforms. Senior Interaction Designers develop wireframes, flow
diagrams, and prototypes through the process of concept generation,
refinement and final delivery.

Senior Interaction Designers are responsible for communicating ideas/
proposals to internal stakeholders, and to external partners, and
provide detailed specifications and support needed to software
engineering teams.

Working in conjunction with Visual Designers, Developers, User
Researchers, and Usability Experts, the Senior Interaction Designer
will apply both creative and analytical thinking to develop elegant
and simple designs that strongly resonate with consumers.

Our ideal candidate will be able to think in terms of holistic
interface design with a balanced focus on usability and aesthetics
while also considering the strategic impact of design upon the global
business goals.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong desire to design world-class software experiences
• Relevant mobile experience
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Illustrator, PowerPoint
• High degree of creativity and problem solving ability
• Rapid prototyping skills (technology not important)
• Proven ability to document complex UI designs
• Ability to express a perspective on design decisions
• Experienced working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills
