Fun. Family. Interactive: agile startup seeks web developer for immediate opening

Famigo is changing the way families play by building and promoting
family games played on mobile devices and over the web. We began at 3
Day Startup in Austin and then spent the summer as an inaugural
company with Capital Factory.

We currently have an immediate opening for a LAMP/ python << insert
noun describing genius with blazing fast coding skills >> with
experience building web applications. This position is a contract
position, however the coder will have the opportunity to join full
time as the company grows.

Requirements:

- Desire to be part of a fast-paced startup
- 1-3 years experience coding Python web applications
- Experience with Django and/ or Pylons (understands MVC)
- Understands JSON and RESTful APIs
- can commit to 20 - 40 hours per week
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- documentation perfectionist
- effective communicator

Bonus:
- codes using agile development methodology
- knows Lighttpd
- interest in iPhone and Android apps
- experience with Flash games

Compensation:
- Based on history, fit, and experience
