Hi Ben
Got it working.
I just had to delete the 2013 sp1 folder in the user folder, then add back
the bits I wanted to keep, and it now all works!
phew

You guys probably aren't awake yet.
I tried re-connecting to the workgroup then using Momentum. This time I had
the antivirus and firewall off (I wondered if it was something to do with
the licensing bit trying to dial out...), no joy.
I'm out of ideas. Any known conflicts?

I use 2013 sp1
I can’t actually find the addon to drag over in 3.1... It’s not visible in the addon folder. I can see it there in 3.7’s addon folder. Did you change the file structure?

Momentum versioning assumes that digits after point should be interprent as decimal number, i.e. x.10 > x.7 > x.1 , it may confuses a bit, sorry for that. From the error reports I can see you are using 3.7 .dll but title of those marked as 3.10 so that why I am asking to see what exactly you have in the plugin manager connected. Seems like there is conflict between different versions.

Ah, that error report was from the other installation from earlier (didn’t think you’d notice!), the same thing happens with 3.10.
But I’ll go through your steps and see if it helps.

I've tried both now (I thought 3.7 was more recent than 3.1 ... go figure)
I've included a text file showing what happens when I try to use
momentum... It's a lot of red type usually...
Any idea what it means?

Hi Olly,
Have you exactly downloaded the 3.7 release and not 3.10 ? Check your
actual version in the plugin manager please, since the 3.10 is the latest
release that accessed via download link from the site.

I've just tried installing a newer version of Mom 2 (after uninstalling an
earlier version), and now Momentum 3.7. In both cases Momentum crashes XSI.

Yep, there is no such option, but it easily to add if it would be useful

Hi Oleg,

yes, with the null modifier. It used to have this option on the "Mode"
param.
But as I can see sim state is not handled by this modifier anymore, right ?
