All right, I just posted my 'pimping' ideas for the Moleskine, and I
realized I hadn't seen a thread about what you keep in the POCKET of
your moleskine. Tag, you're it, and I'll post mine in a bit. :)

Mine generally collects the "paper trail" of my life.
- AMTRAK tickets
- stubs from theater, orchestra, museums, etc.
- certain receipts - great NYC deli lunch, restaurant in Dublin
- wild business cards (like the guy I met once from US Treasury that
used a miniature $50 Savings Bond for his business card!)

When the pocket's bulging I move them into a blank page Mole I use as
a sort of scrapbook. I just love to glue things in it!

Great idea to actually look inside mine:

- my press pass
- 3 business cards - just in case
- several recent receipts
- a couple of coupons for a free taxi ride
- a page from another Moleskine with a list I might need

A £5 note and a business card.

I leave them in there when I file the notebook away. Someone once
described it as the Bank of Moleskine!

The pocket in my moleskine contains calling cards from people I met
during my travels. I also store my calling cards there just in case.
There are also some receipts and tickets from ferry rides I take every
now and then.

That pocket is one of the very useful features of the Moleskine
notebook. I'm glad somebody thought of placing it there.

Junk in my pocket -
Pocket 'skine:

Cash, credit cards, license and insurance, medical card. (Yeah, I
don't use a wallet.)
Coupons
stamps
library card

medium 'skine:
(I'm not sure I wanna fess to the junk, but here goes)
A window sticker I bought for my car before it died. Can't afford a
new car yet, so here the sticker stays.
A movie stub
a few receipts
Stamps
envelope, blank
address labels
index cards with random notes.
family picture
ruler (often used as auxiliary bookmark instead)
emergency $20 (has saved my butt numerous times)
business cards
page darts
bandaids
Greeting card with funny picture, blank on inside (To cover when I
forgot an office event - birthday, departure, wedding)
two or three twistties
A few other random bits of paper picked up during the day

Yes, for the record, my pocket is usually full to bursting. :)
