When I complete a Moleskine and buy a new one, I take the colored paper
wrapper from the new one, reverse it and write the number of the
notebook on the spine and the dates on the front, then wrap it around
the old one and put it on the shelf. It's a simple and easy way of
keeping track of older notebooks and keeping them in order.
