IIS and file upload problem

I try to upload images through a web the interface. The program works, but files spoil. Thus any loaded file has the size of 8616 byte.
Configuration - Windows7, IIS7.5.
I think that to all fault IIS since in daemon mode all works correctly. That it is necessary to make what is better to diagnose a problem?
