My wrong message is
"You must have at least one dictionary"- how do I download the english-
japanese and english-chinese dictionaries- I tried clicking on the
link but it didn't work-

please give me the exact link to the page where I can download these-

Firefox, Thunderbird, or SeaMonkey?
Which version?
Which version of moji?
Downloaded from there?
Does it appear in the Add-Ons manager (Menu Tools)?
What does "it didn't work' mean?
Exact error message? What happens exactly?
