I'm with many of you. I think the money is gone, and I'm going to be
writing it off as a capital loss this year. I've come to accept the
fact that these f**kers scammed us for A LOT of money, and we're
highly unlikely to see a penny of it returned to us. I'm more
concerned now to see fraudsters like Brad Hess rot in jail for a
while.
If you haven't already done so, go to the SEC website and file a
compaint. The more complaints they receive about Brad Hess and GIW,
the more likely it is they'll do something about it.
