Modelsim PE Student Edition 10.1a Installation Issue

I figured that I would point out an issue I was having while trying to install Modelsim PE Student Edition 10.1a.

The file would unzip properly, but it would stall after this (Google Chrome was open). After closing Chrome, the installation would start immediately.
