Student Edition File Name & Support Information

[ModelSim Student Edition]

Students - please be advised that the following file name is NOT
ModelSim PE Student Edition:

modelsim-win32-10.1a-se.exe

This filename is ModelSim SE and is purchased through the Mentor
Graphics Higher Education Program which includes Support.

The file name for ModelSim PE Student Edition is: modelsim-
pe_student_edition.exe.

ModelSim PE Student Edition does not come with support as this is a
free product with a 6 month license for STUDENTS and their Windows
based PCs.

In addition - ModelSim PE Student Edition is NOT intended for
University Classroom Lab/Workstation instruction. Universities should
purchase ModelSim SE which again, comes with Support.
