aspx functionality in MB

I am using MB in a sharepoint application, opening an aspx page. It
brings in the page fine but the form submit button doesn't work (works
ok outside of MB). Is it possible to navigate between aspx pages
within the same MB window?
BTW, thank you for your hard work and making this available. It will
definitely make the user experience better.
